You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.

You may not use the Services to generate unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
Use of the Services for fully automated high-risk decisions without human validation is prohibited.

Samodrei disclaims any responsibility for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs.
6. Healthcare Disclaimer

Any clinical or healthcare-related outputs must be reviewed and validated by qualified professionals.
Samodrei is not liable for clinical decisions made using the Services.
7. Data Processing
Samodrei processes Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Customer Data will not be used for model training without explicit consent.
All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable laws including GDPR and HIPAA.
8. Security

Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and users acknowledge inherent risks.
